• To participate in the FuTURA Future Skills Olympiad, you must register on the Site directly or through your institution and pay the registration fee.

Eligibility:

The FuTURA Future Skills Olympiad is open to students in final year 4 years degree or postgraduates and early career professionals.

User Conduct

• Users of the Site must conduct themselves in a respectful and lawful manner.
• Users are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may harm the Site, its content, or other users.
• In order to access the services listed in the website you shall be required to register yourself and maintain an account in our TestFloor website. You will be required to furnish certain information and details including your name, mobile number, E-mail address, postal address, grade, College/institution name, payment information if required, and any other information deemed necessary.
• You acknowledge and agree that your user ID and password provided for the olympiad is for your exclusive use only. You also agree to take all reasonable steps to ensure confidentiality of ID and password is maintained.
• You shall be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the account information and for all activities under your account. You shall agree to:

1. ensure that you successfully log out from your account at the end of each session and
2. immediately notify the Company of any unauthorised use of your account. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this provision.

Intellectual Property

Property Rights:

• All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, and video materials, are the property of CSSL Global Pvt Limited and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
• CSSL Global reserves the right to cancel, suspend, postpone this FuTURA Future Skills Olympiad, rewards, test, promotions, etc. at its discretion and without any pre notice.

Refund policy:

• We have no returns policy. Once the orders are placed, this cannot be cancelled and no refunds are made. However, if you have made two orders for the same service accidentally and two payments have been made for the same order, refund will be made on a written request from the user with proof of transaction.
